Math Expressions 2018- Getting Started

This course is designed for teachers who are new to Math Expressions ©2018, need a refresher, or are upgrading from a previous version of Math Expressions.

In this introductory course, participants have meaningful, hands-on experiences to learn about the program’s organization, and design. Through direct instruction and guided practice, participants will also experience program resources from both a student and teacher perspective.

Participants will:

• Build understanding and confidence to ensure a strong implementation
• Support differentiation, assessment, and effective whole and small group instruction using Math Expressions resources and instructional tools
• Enhance instructional delivery and student learning using Math Expression technology

Who Should Attend:

Elementary School Teachers  who are new to Math Expressions ©2018, need a refresher, or are upgrading from a previous version of Math Expressions, district math specialist, instructional coaches

For our partnership districts: Sign up to receive additional follow-up and support days with Tina throughout the school year to provide job-embedded professional development opportunities. This option is available to our partnership districts who have purchased Learning Service days and would like to utilize some of their CESA 7 contract days to provide additional support for their teachers implementing this new resource.  For more information on this option please call Tina Lemmens at 920-617-5640.
