All About Xello
This fall, Xello will be the new approved ACP program for Wisconsin. Hopefully, you had a chance to see the student experience through our winter/spring trainings or participated in one of our webinars. If not, we’ve got you covered: Go to help.xello.world to see the student experience.
As of August 12th, Xello will be live and online for schools across Wisconsin. To help you get started, this full-day training session to recap what students will see and go in-depth on the tools for educators to view student profiles, communicate and customize the student experience, work with Xello’s interactive lessons, and run critical reports.
Goals

Get familiar with the core functionality in Xello

Hands-on experience with key features through their personal accounts

Who Should Attend
Educators who will be using Xello with students in a classroom or counseling setting.
Format
Short initial presentation to be followed by a hands-on workshop and discussion.

Every participant will need an educator account for Xello

Every participant will need access to a computer with internet in the session

Prior knowledge of the Xello student experience. Please watch this webinar if you aren’t familiar with the student experience.

Participant Cancellation Policy:
You must contact CESA 4 to cancel attendance one week prior to the scheduled event unless otherwise stated in the individual event details. CESA 4 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 4 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. CESA 4 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot.
Dietary Restrictions:
Because of the number of meals served, number of ingredients used, and food product changes from vendors, we cannot guarantee dietary restrictions as indicated in a user's myQuickReg profile will be accommodated. Participants with dietary restrictions such as food allergies should plan to bring their own refreshments.
Weather Conditions:
If a workshop has been cancelled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. If weather conditions are questionable, please call CESA 4 Voice Mail at (608) 786-4800; Toll Free (800) 514-3075. A message will be posted regarding workshop weather cancellations.
Additional Accommodations:
If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated.
