Workshop and Conferring & Setting Individual Goals | February 3, 2020

Are you working really hard on student goals for reading and writing? Are your students “in” on those goals? How? Goal setting and conferring go hand in hand when it comes to reading and writing workshop. This pointed and guarded time for independent work during workshop can be bolstered by helping readers and writers set goals that THEY OWN! We will share resources for goal setting that make sense for the classroom and dig into strategies for connecting with readers and writers during conferring.
