Co-teaching is a proven instructional approach for reaching the wide range of student needs in today's inclusive classrooms.

This workshop will provide you with clear descriptions of:

• the myriad of co-teaching styles
• practical ways for defining your roles
• tips for maximizing the value of each team member

The presenter wil share seven steps for specially designed istruction so that all students are successful. The emphasis will be on creative, yet time-efficient instructional strategies that work across grade levels and content areas.

August 23 -  8:00 to 12:00 - All Attendees - specially designed instruction & team work time

                    12:00 to 1:00 -  Building Principals and Administrators only

                    1:00 to 2:00   -  ONLY D.C. Everest Principals and Administrators

Who should attend: General Education Teachers, Special Education Teachers, EL Teachers, Interventionists, Principals, Coordinators, District Administrators.

Cost:

$125.00/person for PDforSESS member (Professional Development for Sp. Ed. Student Services)

$250.00 per person for non-member PDforSESS

NOTE:  Lunch is not included with the registration.  D.C. Everest will provide a list of  local restaurants in the area.
