Members of the cohort will offer support and collaborative networking throughout the school year via an online platform. A series of facilitated virtual meetings will introduce new instructional strategies, model coaching, and feedback practices and provide participants the opportunity to interact with mentors from participating districts and CESA 6 staff throughout the year to address needs as they arise.

The completion of the training qualifies teacher mentors to provide induction support to new-to profession and new-to-district teachers as required in Wis. Administrative Code sec. PI 34 .
