Universal Design for Learning--designing and delivering instruction to meet the needs of all learners!

Wondering how to increase student learning in classrooms throughout your school?  Want to make instruction more engaging for all students?  Looking to create opportunities in education through equitable planning and design?  

These questions serve as the foundation for this series that will build your leadership team’s knowledge of UDL Guidelines and principles, designing curriculum and instruction on the front-end, and plan for thoughtful implementation.  In addition, digital learning tools that align with the UDL Guidelines will be explored.

The design of this series focuses on the power of team implementation.  Teams must include a school leader.  Additional team members may include classroom teachers as well as specialists to deepen the discussion and consider how the UDL Guidelines might be brought to life in a school.  This work can also serve as a strategy intended to improve student learning outcomes.  Build your team today!

Fee:  $50 per person for three day series

Participant Cancellation Policy: You must contact CESA #4 to cancel attendance one week prior to the scheduled event, unless otherwise stated in the event details. CESA #4 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA #4 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. CESA #4 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot.

Weather Conditions: If a workshop has been cancelled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. If weather conditions are questionable, please call CESA #4 Voice Mail at (608) 786-4800; Toll Free (800) 514-3075. A message will be posted regarding workshop weather cancellations.

Dietary Restrictions: CESA #4 will make every attempt to accommodate dietary restrictrions as noted in a user's MyQuickReg profile; however, we encourage anyone with a dietary restriction or preference to bring food items in case the event menu cannot fully accommodate. Other Helpful Hints: Room temperatures vary from one workshop location to another, so bring a jacket or sweater for maximum comfort.
