This training is designed to inform and excite evaluators new to the Effectiveness Project with the knowledge and tools to enhance their leadership.

Participants will be introduced to the Performance Standards, Indicators and Rubrics for the Teacher, Educational Specialist and School Administrator Performance Evaluation System. Evaluators will learn feedback and coaching strategies that support educator growth.  

Training will also include the efficient and effective use of the Frontline Professional Growth electronic platform for the use of collecting and documenting evidence of educator effectiveness.  

Workshop Objectives:

  • Explore leadership practices aligned with the school administrator standards. 

  • Provide a deep understanding of the processes and practices of the Effectiveness Project Educator Performance Evaluation System.  

  • Explore the multiple data sources to ensure educator voice in the professional growth experience. 
    Provide training in the use of the Frontline Professional Growth platform to assist evaluators in scheduling and completing the Educator Performance Evaluation Process.
     Make use of simulations to prepare new evaluators to successfully complete the required certification process. 

     


Who Should Attend:

Certification is required for all administrators who evaluate teachers.
Administrators who evaluate principals or educational specialists are encouraged to attend the training and will have the option of completing the certification test. 

 

 

 

Items for Participants to bring:

Participants should bring a laptop computer and confirm they have access to their District’s Frontline account prior to the training.

 

Free to administrators using the Effectiveness Project. 

 

Lunch will be on your own.

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received at least 8 business days before event in order for a full conference fee refund to be issued (full refunds do not include service fees. Service fees are nonrefundable).Registration cancellations received 1-7 business days before an event, a refund, minus $50 for each participant, will be issued. Persons who are registered, but not in attendance on the day of the session ("no call, no show") will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 6 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email if a cancellation occurs.
