CANCELED Mindfulness Training, Growing Minds, Calm Classrooms & Caring Schools

Join us at CESA 8 for two days of Mindfulness Training with Deb Biechler.  This training is geared toward 4K - 3rd grade.

Participants will: 

*Gain an understanding of Mindulness-based education and its researched benefits

*Learn practical applications/techniques of using mindfulness-based strategies with students

*Explore strategies to educate parents about mindfulness-based education

*Practice mindfulness-based techniques and teaching methodology

* Explore early childhood appropriate support materials

Participants will also receive, Growing Minds curriculum

Who should attend?  Regular and Special Educators, Counselors / Social Workers, Psychologists, Leadership Teams.

Cost:    $125.00 for PDforSESS districts (Professional Development for Special Ed. / Student Services)

             $250.00 for Non-member districts

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any registration cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a refund or avoid invoicing. CESA 8 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 8 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. Registered participants not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee.
