Effective implementation of an Equitable Multi-Level System of Support in high schools leads to improved student learning and outcomes (Freeman, J., Simonsen, B., McCoach, D.B., Sugai, G., Lombardi, A., Horner, R. 2015). This is an opportunity for high school practitioners to connect with other high schools and share strategies that work. Resources will also be shared that are specifically geared towards implementation within the high school context.
Objectives
- Identify strategies to enhance implementation of an Equitable Multi-level System of Support at the high school level for academics and behavior (PBIS)
- Discuss current implementation with area practitioners from universal/tier 1 and/or secondary/tier 2 teams
- Participating schools will generate networking topics for shared learning
Audience
- Internal coaches, team members, or other relevant staff. Administrators are also welcome.
This event is sponsored by the Wisconsin RtI Center.
