Improve your effectiveness by attending this three-part series, designed to provide school board members with foundational knowledge necessary to lead school change. Participants will leave knowing:
Who should be leading school improvement efforts
What questions to ask in order to foster continuous improvement
Where school data is housed, what it tells you, (& what it doesn’t)
When to look beyond achievement for improvement
Why the entire community should be engaged
Participant Cancellation Policy: You must contact CESA #3 to cancel prior to the scheduled event. CESA #3 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA #3 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. CESA #3 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot.
Weather Conditions: If a workshop has been cancelled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. If weather conditions are questionable, please check the CESA 3 webpage or listen to your local radio station for event cancellations or delays.
Accommodations: If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated.
