Description:  In Fall 2019, Xello is coming to Wisconsin in a big way! This spring, you can get an advance preview of what Xello has to offer and try out the student experience for yourself.  This session is designed to help prepare school districts for the move from Career Cruising to Xello.  You will also learn how to access Career Cruising reporting tools that capture your current ACP progress data.  This is an opportune time to evaluate this data prior to the Xello transition.

The morning will feature a preview of the changes to the student experience in Xello. In the afternoon, you will learn how to access reporting tools for determining the effectiveness of your Academic Career Plan and Share ideas for how software data can be used to measure Wisconsin SLOs. Laptops and CAMS login required.

Participants will:  (1) be introduced to Xello and why it was developed, (2) learn what to expect with the migration from Career Cruising, (3) get hands-on experience with the student side of Xello, and (4) dig into Career Cruising data.

Participants:  Educators who will be using Xello in a classroom or counseling setting, Educator who have used Career Cruising with students in a classroom or counseling setting, ACP Leaders

Participant Cancellation Policy: You must contact CESA #3 at least one week prior to the scheduled event to cancel and receive a full refund of your registration fee. Cancellations not received at least one week prior to the registered event will be charged the full registration fee. CESA #3 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot. Accommodations: If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated. CESA #3 is handicapped accessible.
