Preconference

There will be 6 different preconference sessions offered:

• We Really ARE Different! Getting into the Nitty-Gritty of High School PBIS
• Creating Positive Environments to Maximize Student Learning
• Tier 3 Implementation Forum: We Need to Make it Work - Our Students are Counting on Us!
• Five Ways to Improve PBIS Implementation Through Effective Teaming
• Strengthen Your PBIS Tier 2 System: Use These Six Intervention Features to Guide Implementation
• Trauma Sensitve Schools (offered in partnership with DPI)

This 1.5 day conference will give you knowledge and experience at the Universal/Tier 1, Secondary/Tier 2 and Tertiary/Tier 3 levels of implementation. Sessions will include information about:

• Academic and PBIS Integration
• Administrative Leadership in PBIS
• Equity
• Family and Student Engagement
• PBIS in the Classroom
• School Mental Health
• Student Services Role Changes with PBIS and School Mental Health
• Tier 1 Implementation
• Tier 2 Implementation
• Tier 3 Implementation

Aligned to our grant commitment, preferred registration is extended to schools identified by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction as disproportionate through the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Title 1.

Refunds offered only if cancelling in writing 30 days prior to the start of the workshop.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any registration cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the training date for a refund to be issued. Cancellations for the PBIS Conference must be received 30 days in advance. Persons registering and not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee. The Wisconsin RtI Centers reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email or phone if a cancellation occurs.
