This is the third session in a series of professional development opportunities offered by CESA 10 consultants in conjunction with WI DPI Social Studies Consultant, Kris McDaniel (Kris will join us via recorded videos). During this session, we will explore the newly suggested K-5 scope and sequence for the WISSS and what is required, explore future assessment changes, and discuss how portions of the new standards can be integrated into the literacy block.

Learning Outcomes will Include:

  • Learn about the new suggested K-5 scope and sequence for WiSSSS
  • Learn what is required for instruction
  • Explore resources that will support implementation of the standards?

This workshop is offered at a cost of $50 to those districts participating in LS1 including Abbotsford, Augusta, Bloomer, Bruce, Cadott, Colby, Eleva-Strum, Flambeau, Gilman, Gilmanton, Granton, Greenwood, Ladysmith, Lake Holcombe, Loyal, Mondovi, Neillsville, New Auburn, Osseo-Fairchild, Owen-Withee, and Spencer.  (Discount will be automatically applied.)

The cost for all other CESA 10 districts will be $175 per participant, and the cost for all others will be $300 per participant.
