School leaders will have the opportunity to network with your peers and engage in the work of advancing Wisconsin’s Redefining Ready movement which is linked to the national movement and for which Wisconsin and CESA 7 are established leaders.
Students learn in a variety of ways, and we recognize that they should be able to demonstrate readiness in a variety of ways. The new readiness indicators, developed from research by world-class organizations, more accurately reflect the educational landscape of the 21st century. Multiple metrics include Advanced Placement courses, Algebra II, early college credits, industry credentials, attendance, community service, and others.
Engage in the important work of advancing the implementation of the new college and career readiness indicators and the incorporation of them into a dashboard to help schools and districts monitor student progress and prepare for state and federal accountability measures. Come join our campaign to ensure that each student in Wisconsin graduates college and career ready.
CESA 7 member districts are invited to participate in an endorsed CESA 7 implementation process to ensure that your students graduate college and career ready and earn a Redefining Ready credential and badge for your implementation work.
