CESA #12 Conference Center

How do we monitor a compassionate presence in our interactions with students, families, and colleagues? Our learners come to us with a wealth of distress, and teachers have a desire to alleviate it. Over time, this distress creates career burnout for many professionals. Throughout our day, we will explore our professional role in alleviating student, colleague, and other distress, as well as maintaining our own well-being.

Come to join your Early Childhood colleagues in the morning as we explore our own compassion resilience and network with others around strategies to help support each other. In the afternoon we will network with each other around various Early Childhood topics and updates.
