Targetted Audience: Emerging and Developed Leaders. In particular, Superintendents, Principals, Agency Administrators and Members of Leadership Teams.
Training Description: Feeling like you’re in a tug of war around change? Looking for a new way of thinking about change that goes beyond "change is difficult"? Then this workshop is for you!
Participants Will:
- Learn about a framework to address many of the challenges with change and make it easier - NOT easy, but easier.
- Apply the basic principles of a change model* to YOUR need so you'll leave ready to start moving.
- Online follow up to support your implementation of this change process.
