Young children can apply their emerging counting skills to solve a variety of problems that arise as they are developing an understanding of and skill in counting. Using counting to solve problems calls attention to counting principles, requires children to be flexible in counting, and highlights counting as a problem-solving tool. During this session we will deepen our understanding of how children think about and solve different problems and explore how to extend the fun and interest children have in counting collections to meaningful problem solving.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be faxed (920-492-5965) or e-mailed to the PERSON LISTED AS THE EVENT CONTACT five (5) working days prior to the date of the event unless other cancellation information is noted in the specific event. We are unable to provide refunds for no-shows.
