School leaders play a critical role in managing successful i-Ready implementations from the start. This Data-Driven Leadership Best Practices interactive training will help leaders establish the underlying conditions that unlock iReady’s potential to drive student growth. Leaders who are new to iReady are introduced to the key iReady data and reports that will inform their own decision-making, and to “must-haves” for successful assessment, instruction, and student engagement using iReady. In addition to mapping out a tactical implementation calendar that supports a strong iReady rollout, leaders will work collaboratively to develop plans for communicating and engaging teachers in a unified vision with shared goals for iReady use in their schools.

Outcomes:
As a result of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Use the iReady administrator application and key reports in data-driven decision-making and instructional planning,
  • Engage school stakeholders in shared goals and vision for theiReady implementation, and
  • Develop and execute a school-level iReady implementation calendar.

Who should attend:

Directors of Instruction, Principals, School Psychs and other site-level implementation leaders, such as instructional coaches or lead teachers

Cost: FREE  (includes materials and lunch)
