This 3 day training addresses the needs of individuals with significant/profound sensory motor differences, developmental differences and/or autism.

emc 3  is a sensory-based approach to communication and assistive technology. Participants will learn to identify and understand the communicative intent of movements and selection of strategies for building on those movements. It integrates assistive technology from beginning switch use to dedicated AAC.

Who should attend:  speech/language pathologists, intellectual disabilities teachers, early childhood teachers, special education teachers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, teachers of visually impaired, paraprofessionals, psychologists, adaptive PE teachers, behavioral therapists

Cost for this 3 day workshop is: $575 for PD for SESS Districts, $750 for non PD for SESS Districts (Professional Development for Special Ed/Student Services)  Formerly SNPD.
