This year we will be rolling out the new Integrated Services model being led by the DPI and permeating the ranks of our districts across the state. The goal in Wisconsin continues to be that each child graduates academically prepared and socially and emotionally competent so they are ready for further education and the workforce. To close opportunity and achievement gaps for some of our most vulnerable students, a variety of resources and investments are being leveraged between Title I, Special Education, and Educator Development & Supports at the DPI and at CESA 7 in order to address disparities and ensure equitable outcomes for every student.
Each meeting will begin with DAC and RSN (in-house dates only) updates for state accountability. Title I Leaders, Pupil Services DIrectors, and Directors of Curriculum and Instruction are encouraged to attend each Learning Leaders meeting where we will provide timely state and federal updates. Onsite meetings will include lunch and time for teams to work on the continuous improvement planning requirements with our Integrated Services team on hand to provide support. Virtual meetings will begin with updates and then provide teams an opportunity to check in on progress with plans and get answers to any questions that have emerged since the last onsite meeting.
