Lean Leadership for District Leaders - Class 2

Lean is a continuous improvement framework that promotes a constant state of re-evaluation through seeking ways to improve rather than to react to problems with quick fixes. A core value of Lean includes empowering employees to identify and implement improvement strategies. Participants will learn the principles and tools of Lean Leadership applied to the educational setting to develop, lead, and monitor a culture of continuous improvement.

Two 3-day Lean Leadership for District Leaders
classes will be offered for the 2018-19 academic year

Class 1 - October 10, 23, and November 13, 2018
or
Class 2 – February 13, 19, and 26, 2019          

Audience: Administrators, Business Managers, Curriculum, Building/Ground Directors, Food Service Directors, Special Ed Directors, Principals, Associate Principals, School Psychologists, Teacher Leaders

Cost: 
$225 per person, per 3-day session, for CESA 8 CIA Member School Districts 
$450 per person, per 3-day session, for Non-Members 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any registration cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a refund or avoid invoicing. CESA 8 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 8 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. Registered participants not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 8 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment or inclement weather. Participants will be notified via email through myQuickReg.com if a cancellation occurs.
