This will be SEEDS4Schools first User's Meeting. We have so much to share we have broken it up into sessions. First there will be a key note speaker for all to find out what is new for the 2018-19 school year and then there will be the break out sessions listed below:

  • Self Assessment
    • If your Procedural Compliance Self-Assessment is coming up in the next few years, then this is your session. This session will cover the tools available in SEEDS4Schools to help with compliance as well as show you how the Self Assessment Event makes collecting the information is easy peasy.
  • Reports
    • There are 30+ reports in SEEDS4Schools and this session will show you the best reports to use for different reporting scenarios.
  • WISEdata
    • The user interface in SEEDS4Schools has been updated and this session will show share with you best practices for sharing special education data from SEEDS. Staff from DPI will be there to present and help answer questions.
  • GIGO (garbage in garbage out)
    • Data clean up, this session will share how to assure data integrity with reports and other tips.
  • Forms - Did you know...
    • There are 100+ forms in SEEDS4Schools, this session will highlight some hidden treasures.
  • Adding and Maintaining Staff permissions
    • Districts will be administering their own staff in SEEDS this year. This session will show you how.

A continental breakfast and lunch will be included.

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received at least 8 business days before event in order for a full conference fee refund to be issued (full refunds do not include service fees. Service fees are nonrefundable).Registration cancellations received 1-7 business days before an event, a refund, minus $50 for each participant, will be issued. Persons who are registered, but not in attendance on the day of the session ("no call, no show") will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 6 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email if a cancellation occurs.
