The EE Exchange is a Data Retreat Process in which a district team (3-10 people) will analyze data from the Wisconsin Survey of Educator Development, Support and Retention, which is administered to all Wisconsin classroom teachers and school administrators each year.  Districts will participate in the EE Exchange every three years.  This workshop supports both the Danielson and Stronge models, as well as other state approved models.

Learning outcomes include:

  • Participants will learn about the EE Exchange/Data Retreat Process.
  • Participants will learn how to analyze the results of the WI Survey of Educator Development, etc.
  • Participants will work with a district team to develop their Educator Effectiveness district plan.
  • Participants will learn what other district teams are doing to develop their EE plan.

There is no cost for CESA 10 districts to attend this session.
