Gifted & Talented Grades 5&6 Math Competition 2017 X

Districts can bring up to 2 teams with up to 4 students on a team.

 

Consortium schools will be free of charge: (Argyle, Belmont, Benton, Blackhawk, Boscobel, Fennimore, Highland, Iowa-Grant, Ithaca, Lancaster, Mineral Point, Pecatonica, Platteville, Prairie, Richland, Riverdale, Seneca, Southwestern and Wauzeka). Updated on 8.4.2011.

 

$150 Per Person for Nonconsortium Participants.

 

The math competition is for gifted students in 4th and 5th grade. You may bring a team of 4th and 5th graders, or just one team if you wish. Students will take part in 3 different events; mental math, individual competition, and group competition. Students will receive awards for first, second and third in individual and first, second and third in group. Students last year had a great time. The event lasts from 9:00 to 11:30.

Participant Cancellation Policy: You must contact CESA #3 at least one week prior to the scheduled event to cancel and receive a full refund of your registration fee. Cancellations not received at least one week prior to the registered event will be charged the full registration fee. CESA #3 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot. Accommodations: If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated. CESA #3 is handicapped accessible.
