The multiple change initiatives underway in education demand more time for learning leadership than ever before. How will you manage such leadership challenges? More practically, where will you find the time? Managing to Lead provides practical strategies for an administrator and his/her administrative assistant (secretary) to take TOGETHER that have helped countless teams and schools take substantial “leaps forward” in their work – and in their personal lives. Register for this one-day workshop with your teammate and find a better way! 

Learning outcomes include:

  • Participants will have dedicated time between school leaders and office managers to address important procedural items.
  • Participants will have time to reflect on important organizational structures.
  • Participants will articulate goals for professional and personal growth.
  • Participants will develop a sense of team.

This workshop is offered at a cost of $50 per participant to those districts participating in LS2 (Consulting and Staff Development), including Abbotsford, Altoona, Augusta, Bloomer, Bruce, Cadott, Colby, Cornell, Flambeau, Gilmanton, Greenwood, Lake Holcombe, Loyal, Mondovi, Neillsville, New Auburn, Osseo-Fairchild, Owen-Withee, Spencer, Stanley-Boyd, Thorp, MACS, Regis Catholic Schools, Birchwood, Elk Mound, Marathon County, Whitehall, and Arcadia. 

The cost for all other CESA 10 districts will be $175 per participant.  The cost to all others outside of CESA 10 will be $300 per participant.
