Initial educators must renew their licenses by creating a Professional Development Plan (PDP) after a year of self-reflection. This seminar is designed to assist initial educators in creating their PDP. Participants in this workshop will have the opportunity to review their self-reflections, write goal(s), determine criteria, and plan activities for their own PDP.
What to Bring: In order to complete the PDP, participants may want to bring resources to assist them. Suggested resources could include the following: district/school handbook, district mission, vision and beliefs, school improvement plans, and their self-reflections (i.e. logs, journals, lesson plans, mentor checklists and notes, etc.)
CESA #3 will provide computers, but you should bring your own flash drives for saving your documents or your own laptop.
