Canceled-Social Studies Inquiry Workshop

We have known for years that inquiry is a best practice in social studies teaching and learning. There are four main parts to the inquiry cycle: questioning, research, analysis, and communicating results.

This workshop will provide an opportunity for K-12 classroom teachers (and co-teachers) to learn about inquiry resources for social studies that already exist, and to work on an inquiry lesson or unit of their own.

Please bring a fully-charged laptop or chromebook (w/power and extension cords if needed) and several lesson plans and/or unit plan to "inquiry-ize."

$35.00 for CESA CIA Member School Districts, $75.00 for all other participants

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any registration cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a refund or avoid invoicing.
