There is no charge for CTE teachers and leaders from districts participating in the CESA #4 Perkins Consortium (ACHM, Arcadia, Bangor, BRF, Blair Taylor, Cashton, CFC, DeSoto, GET, Hillsboro, Independence, LaFarge, Melrose-Mindoro, NOW, Royall, West Salem, Whitehall, and Wonewoc-Center) or the Mississippi Valley/CESA #4 Youth Apprenticeship Consortium (Alma Center-Humbird-Merrillan, Arcadia, Bangor, Black River Falls, Cashton, Galesville-Ettrick-Trempealeau, Holmen, Independence, LaCrosse, Melrose-Mindoro, Onalaska, Royall, Sparta, Tomah, Viroqua, Westby, West Salem, Wonewoc-Center). Cost is $25 per person for all others to cover lunch and materials.
Participant Cancellation Policy:
You must contact CESA 4 to cancel attendance one week prior to the scheduled event unless otherwise stated in the individual event details. CESA 4 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 4 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. CESA 4 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot.
Dietary Restrictions:
Because of the number of meals served, number of ingredients used, and food product changes from vendors, we cannot guarantee dietary restrictions as indicated in a user's myQuickReg profile will be accommodated. Participants with dietary restrictions such as food allergies should plan to bring their own refreshments.
Weather Conditions:
If a workshop has been cancelled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. If weather conditions are questionable, please call CESA 4 Voice Mail at (608) 786-4800; Toll Free (800) 514-3075. A message will be posted regarding workshop weather cancellations.
Additional Accommodations:
If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated.
