New Forms Train the Trainers

We will review the new IEP and Evaluation forms including the 17-18 updates from DPI and the changes in the forms by SEEDS.  This training is designed as a Train the Trainer.   We recommend a team of two staff members, preferably a School Psychologist and a Director of Special Education, to attend.  We will provide the materials and tools you will need to go back to your district and train your fellow colleagues. We will be using SEEDS to maneuver through the forms but you don't need to be a SEEDS user to attend this training.

Please bring a laptop and have Chrome installed - laptops will not be provided for the training but will be needed.

The cost of the training is $15.00 for CESA 5 members and $25 for Non-CESA 5 members.  Lunch will be provided.

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
