Instructional Coaches have diverse roles and responsibilities such that we have much to learn from each other! Specific skills and understandings apply across settings as coaches build the capacity of others through facilitating learning and providing feedback. Collegial conversations allow consideration of additional approaches to this important work.

Topics for Learning and Discussion:
December 1: Establishing Trusting Relationships
February 16: Coaching Conversations and the Coaching Cycle
March 16: Coaching for Equity - Effective Instructional Practices
April 20: Coaching for Equity - Positive Classroom Management Practices

Cost: $225 for four-day series.
