District Administrators with the CESA 10 Educator Effectiveness Coaches will review a set of modules designed to build a better understanding of the Wisconsin Principal Framework for Principal Leadership. Topics will include: Giving and Receiving Feedback; Leading Professional Activities; Managing a Facility; Facilitating a Decision Making Process; Managing Challenging Conversations and Communicating Change Effectively.
Learning outcomes include:
- District Administrators will examine and learn the components of the Principal Leadership Framework.
- District Administrators will learn about six topics that comprise Principal Evaluation.
- District Administrators will learn a format of topics to study with their administrative team.
- District Administrators will deepen their understanding of Educator Effectiveness and Evaluating Principals.
This is a two part workshop. The first part will be a half-day training following the PAC meeting on August 18, 2017, from 1:00-3:30 p.m., and the second part will be a full day training on September 22, 2017, from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Participants must attend both sessions.
