Session 1: Developing Norms and Adult Learning
Topics covered in this session:
-Exploring the instructional coaching cycle
-How to get started with coaching
-Developing norms
-How to differentiate for adult learners
This four-part workshop series is designed to be taken in sequence, but are also topics that can be independent of one another. You are welcome to attend any or all 4 of the sessions. The focus is K-12 but will be organic to participants. Resources and discussion will be driven by participants based on needs, questions, and interests. Questions ahead of time are encouraged.
Audience: Instructional Coaches, Principals, Curriculum Directors, Literacy Coaches, Technology Coaches, Mentors
Registration fee:
- CESA 5 School Improvement Members: $100 each session or all 4 for $300 (**Click here for membership listings.**)
- Non-members: $150 each session or all 4 for $500
