Classroom Management: This series covers 3 key areas in Classroom Management and is aligned with PBIS. Other Requirements- Each participant will need to bring a laptop or chromebook (and power cords and/or extention if needed) Day 1 Rules &  Routines  Get ready for the upcoming school year. This workshop covers developing a classroom matrix, developing classroom routines based on the matrix, teaching routines, active supervision and pre-correction. Day 2 Acknowledgement Systems & Room Arrangement Learn how to give specific, positive feedback; increase rate of acknowledgment and create classroom acknowledgment systems. Explore how to best arrange the classroom to support learning activities and support student engagement. Audience: Classroom teachers, (especially new teachers and those that would like to refine their classroom management as part of their Educator Effectiveness professional development plan),instructional coaches, mentors, administrators and pupil services personnel.   Cost:  $150 for 2017-18 CESA 8 - CIA Member school districts. $300 for all others. Credit is available from UW-LaCrosse (additional fee)

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any registration cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a refund or avoid invoicing. CESA 8 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 8 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. Registered participants not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee.
