Sponsor/Vendor times for WiRSA Conference - Evening Welcome Reception is 10/29    Day 1 10/30 (7:30am - 5:00pm)   Day 2 10/31 (7:30am - Noon)

Sponsors/Vendors that have signed up to be part of the WiRSA conference will be given time during the conference to introduce themselves and their products.  Space is limited and will be filled in the order they are received.

By becoming a WiRSA Conference Sponsor, you will receive additional free registration(s),  based on amount sponsored, (contact Kim Kaukl for determination 608-553-0689) your logo will be displayed on all conference materials, banners, table placards of designated meals or breaks, on our weekly update, and posted on our website throughout the year.  Minimum sponsorship is $800.

VENDORS CONFERENCE BOOTH FEES  - FULL - WAITLIST ONLY  Contack Kim Kaukl if you want to be on the waitlist.  (Includes 2 Conference Registration Fees)    Members $275   Non-Members $650  Includes skirted table and two chairs.  Electricity is an additional $25 per day.

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
