Understanding how to look at and use your local data is crucial to the success of your students. During this session we will discuss the benefits of a systematic data cycle on student ahievement and staff practices. We will explore the process of implementation and what factors you will need to consider when beginning this process in your district. You will leave with a plan on how to roll out your first data meeting, schedule others for the remainder of the year and, if possible, schedule CESA support during your data retreat day. It is recommended that a small team including the principal participate in this work day.
Learning outcomes include:
- Participants will understand the function and benefits of regular data meetings.
- Participants will be able to identify the appropriate team, create a plan and prepare for their first data meeting of the cycle.
This workshop is offered at no cost to districts participating in Title I Fee for Service including the districts of Abbotsford, Bloomer, Bruce, Colby, Cornell, Eleva-Strum, Gilmanton, Greenwood, Ladysmith, Lake Holcombe, Loyal, Neillsville, New Auburn, Owen-Withee, Spencer, and Thorp.
The cost for all other CESA 10 districts is $175 per participant, and the cost for all others outside of CESA 10 is $350 per participant.
