This one-day training uses the job-embedded work of educators as the basis for the development of a Professional Development Plan.  Participants will learn the specific requirements and the timeline for the PDP process, including what to expect from PDP Review Team members.  Guidance materials will be provided to “coach” educators in developing a high-quality PDP which results in professional growth, and a positive impact on student learning.  Participants will be given time to write the Year one Self-reflection, draft a PDP goal, and develop the objectives, activities, and timeline to support their PDP goal.  Our objective is that participants leave the workshop ready to submit their PDP to their Review Team members for goal approval.

DPI is requiring educators to use the electronic tool QEI.   Registered participants for this workshop should setup their account and bring your login information with you.
