Career and Technical Education Enrollment Reporting System

The DPI requires the tracking of students, and their participation in Career and Technical education classes on a yearly basis. Identifying the 33 elements of this report, on each student, can be a challenge.

The intent of this workshop is to walk participants through this report, detailing exactly what the DPI is looking for, and the proper formats to document your findings.  Information will be shared on how to utilize your Student Information System (Skyward, PowerSchool, Infinite Campus) to generate this report.

Information will also be provided on the Graduate Follow-up Report. This report is based on your CTEERS submission by the DPI. It requires that you indicate what your graduates are doing, one year after graduation.

Presenter: Andy Eaton, CESA #12 LVEC

Target Audience: District LVEC personnel and any district employees who work/submit their CTEERS report.

Participants need to bring a laptop with wireless Internet access if possible.

Registration fees:
$0 CESA #12 Carl Perkins Consortium School Districts (Bayfield, Butternut, Chequamegon, Drummond, Hurley, Maple, Mellen, Mercer, Northwood, Phillips, Solon Springs,  Washburn, Winter) Substitute reimbursement and mileage will be paid also for consortium school districts.
