Project TILT III March Learning Community Meeting Section 3

Topic: Project-Based Unit Assessments
Prior to the meeting, please:
- Read the short Introduction to Formative and Summative Assessment.
- Take a look at DPI's Balanced Assessment System framework and examples..
- Think about what you want your students to know and be able to do at the end of your unit? What do you want your students to know and be able to do at certain stages within your unit? What are two or three different kinds of assessment you could use in your unit ?

Directions and a link to the web-based meeting will be emailed to you on Wednesday morning, March 9th.
Other sections of this meeting will be held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, March 7-10. Choose the date which works the best for you.
Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund.
Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
