Tier 1 Team Training: Prepares teams for school-wide Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) implementation

Description:

The entire PBIS team, including administration, participates in these four training days which consist of intense, interactive, activity-based preparation for implementation of school-wide PBIS.

These are guided team work days for developing the understanding of the essential components of a culturally responsive multi-level system of support that provides behavior support to all students. This includes the support and training for all stake holders, PBIS Kick-Off and implementation.

Who Should Attend:
Administrators, principals, regular education teachers, special education teachers, stakeholders

What to Bring:
Laptop or mobile device, access information for SIR and PBIS Assessments, other materials dependent on topic

Dates:  February 2, 2017 (Day 1), March 30, 2017 (Day 2), and May 12, 2017 (Day 3)

Registration Fee:  $1600 per team of 8 people or less (each addtional person is $100).  The fee includes eight (8) hours of additional implementation coaching support from CESA 9.
