Leveled Literacy Intervention Training in Red, Gold, Purple, and Teal Systems.  

LLI is a short-term program designed to bring children up to grade-level performance in as little as 18-24 weeks.  It is intense, focused small group instruction in reading and writing.  It is a supplementary intervention program designed for young children who struggle with reading and writing.

Learning outcomes include:

  1. Participants will learn the components of an LLI lesson.
  2. Participants will learn the structure of an LLI lesson.
  3. Participants will determine starting point for possible groups.

This Title I Purchased Service event is a two day session.  Day one is October 28, 2016, and day two is 11/18/2016.  Participants must attend both days!

This two-day session is offered at no cost to those districts participating in Title I Fee for Service (Abbotsford, Altoona, Bloomer, Bruce, Cadott, Colby, Cornell, Eleva-Strum, Gilman, Gilmanton, Greenwood, Lake Holcombe, Loyal, Neillsville, New Auburn, Owen-Withee, Spencer, Stanley-Boyd, Thorp).

For all others, the cost of this two-day session is $700.
