This event is $240 per person. University Credit from Viterbo will be an additional $90 in a seperate check written the first day of class.

iTASC members can attend for $140 per person. (Belmont, Benton, Black Hawk, Boscobel, Darlington, Dodgeville, Ithaca, Platteville, Richland Center, River Ridge, Seneca, Wauzeka)  iTASC members wanting University Credit will still need to pay an additional $90.

Who Should Attend?
• New Smart Board Interactive Whiteboard users
• K – 12 educators who want to understand how to integrate the Smart Board into their curriculum
• Anyone who wants to have a better understanding of how to use the Smart Board interactive whiteboard and Notebook version 10 software

Objectives:

Participants will:
• Be aware of the basic operation of the Smartboard
• Be able to use the Smartboard Version 10 Notebook software
• Be able to work with Ink Aware applications
• Become familiar with the resources available from Smarttech.com
• Be aware of the resource available in the Notebook gallery, including the toolkit
• Attend all classes and actively participate in discussions and activities
• Develop three lessons they can use in their classroom
• Teach the lesson they created to their peers using a SMARTBoard

 Participants will come away with a basic understanding of using Smart Board Interactive Whiteboards in the classroom. Participants will create lessons using SMART Notebook software and have time to share these lessons with their peers.

Participant Cancellation Policy: You must contact CESA #3 at least one week prior to the scheduled event to cancel and receive a full refund of your registration fee. Cancellations not received at least one week prior to the registered event will be charged the full registration fee. CESA #3 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot. Accommodations: If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated. CESA #3 is handicapped accessible.
