These sessions are designed to deepen understanding of content and instructional practices through active participation in effective professional development related to the professional Wisconsin Educator Standards.  Each session engages the learner by modeling strategies, exploring classroom application techniques, and addressing student needs.  Participants will build a network with other new teachers that promotes sharing and problem-solving along with opportunities to discuss individual teaching and learning issues with each other and the session consultant.  Our focus will be the new Educator Effectiveness system along with the PDP process.

Cost:  $150 per person for School Improvement Members
$250 per person for non-members

** Cost includes training, materials, breaks and lunch for all 3 sessions
