Description
Career Cruising is a web-based career exploration and planning system that helps students plan their futures. Students can use assessment tools to determine which career is the best fit for them, then explore detailed occupation profiles and examine comprehensive post-secondary education information.  This  tool will be used by school districts in Wisconsin to support the overall delivery of Academic and Career Planning (ACP).

Ø How to access the Career Cruising ACP

Ø Introduction to the Career  Cruising system layout and components

Ø Introduction to the career and education exploration tools

Registration fee:

Ö $17 per person

Ö Registration is limited to no more than 5 people per district

Ö Fee includes materials, continental breakfast and lunch

Who should attend? School administrators, counselors, teachers, school staff designated as trainers for the Career Cruising software in their buildings

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received at least 8 business days before event in order for a full conference fee refund to be issued (full refunds do not include service fees. Service fees are nonrefundable).Registration cancellations received 1-7 business days before an event, a refund, minus $50 for each participant, will be issued. Persons who are registered, but not in attendance on the day of the session ("no call, no show") will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 6 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email if a cancellation occurs.
