IMPORTANT: Former Teachscape users: SIGN UP TO Transfer and SET UP My Learning Plan for your district

Attendees: Former Teachscape Users who are transferring to MLP-OASYS; send a system support person, and/or one or two users who can help to determine user rights and evaluation plans for users.

The purpose of the MLPOASYS Configuration meeting is to familiarize district teams with the site, review rights and user management, and verify that the evaluation forms look and function the way they want.

The only people that need to attend will be those signing off on the evaluation process/forms and anyone who will help to maintain/manage the site on the district end by creating users, managing evaluator rights, assigning evaluation types (plans) to new users, importing/exporting data, etc.  Probably the Person who manages the EE system and one or two other individuals.

There will be additional training opportunities this summer (June 15 or August 11) for evaluators (how to do evaluations), but this training is really a high level meeting for those that will be managing the district site.    

The meeting would be for committed districts only and you will need to make sure you are set-up in MLP before the meeting.

The following CESA 2 districts have appointments with MLP to be set up, but still need to sign up for the CESA 2 configuration meeting:

Other CESA 2 districts will need to get set up with MLP and then sign up for the CESA 2 configuration on June 3.  

Cost: No cost, but please reigster to ensure adequate materials.

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a refund if they cancel prior to 3 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Cancellations must either be made on MyQuickReg or by emailing cancel@cesa2.org. Because of our commitment to the presenter and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 3 working days prior to the event or who do not attend the event, will be billed the full fee. CESA 2 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via phone and email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. 

Inclement Weather Policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 2 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been cancelled due to weather conditions.

In-Person Events: Restrictions on our in-person events due to COVID-19 have been lifted. We will be responsive to what's happening within our communities, and guidelines from the CDC and local health agencies for future offerings and will update guidelines when necessary.
