My Learning Plan Set-Up with Frontline Technologies PM

Frontline Technologies will be on-site at CESA 8 for face-to-face configuration/setup meetings for MyLearningPlan on Tuesday, May 17.  

Only districts who have completed the Commitment Form ( http://pages.frontlinek12.com/TSUpgrade.html ), indicating your district's desire to upgrade to MLPOASYS on or before May 2, can attend.  

Each district should send a team of 1-2 people (max of 3 for large districts), consisting of the EE coordinator and a support person/backup to this configuration session.  The purpose of this setup day will be to learn the user management system, including configuration, adding users and creating evaluation plans (behind-the-scenes work).  Training for end-users is a separate event and will be scheduled for summer/fall 2016.  

Districts not attending will still be able to upgrade to MLP, however, their setup/configuration will be done entirely online.  This is the only in-person setup day in the region.   

Again, deadlines for this workshop are: 
5/2: Commitment to Upgrade form completed (one per district)
5/12: registration for this MLP Config/Setup Session at CESA 8

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any registration cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a refund or avoid invoicing. CESA 8 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 8 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. Registered participants not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 8 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment or inclement weather. Participants will be notified via email through myQuickReg.com if a cancellation occurs.
