This training is for new administrators who will be evaluating teachers, specialists, and principals using the CESA 6 Effectiveness Project Model.  It is a four day training where participants will learn about the performance standards, using MyLearningPlan software, and the evaluation components, as well as become certified to evaluate certified staff using this model.

Learning outcomes include:

  1. Participants will learn components of the Effectiveness Project Model and Performance Standards.
  2. Participants will navigate MyLearningPlan software and become comfortable using it.
  3. Participants will become certified in the Effectiveness Project Model.

 

 

 

Administrator Standards
WAS1The administrator has an understanding of and demonstrates competence in the teacher standards under s. PI 34.02.
