This is one of two offerings of tech support days to get you district digital leadership team through the entire suite of Future Ready Framework Assessments!
The data from these assessments will identify areas of need regarding technology readiness, which then can be readily used to apply for the grant when it is released.
It is important that your district digital leadership team attend on of the these teach support days in order to qualify for the consortium grant. It is equally important to get an accurate view of the district not only as a whole but also drilled down into specific areas, such as curriculum, professional learning, infrastructure, budgets and data.
The two options are 2/3 and 2/4. You need only attend one, but each member attending needs to register for planning purposes. The registration fee for support is part of the grant and will not be invoiced until after your district receives its award notification.
This is step 1. By being proactive, your district will have the necessary data to successfully complete the application process and hopefully receive the full amount for which it is eligible.

Participant Cancellation Policy:
You must contact CESA 4 to cancel attendance one week prior to the scheduled event unless otherwise stated in the individual event details. CESA 4 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 4 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. CESA 4 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot.
Dietary Restrictions:
Because of the number of meals served, number of ingredients used, and food product changes from vendors, we cannot guarantee dietary restrictions as indicated in a user's myQuickReg profile will be accommodated. Participants with dietary restrictions such as food allergies should plan to bring their own refreshments.
Weather Conditions:
If a workshop has been cancelled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. If weather conditions are questionable, please call CESA 4 Voice Mail at (608) 786-4800; Toll Free (800) 514-3075. A message will be posted regarding workshop weather cancellations.
Additional Accommodations:
If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated.
