Meeting Registration:  The registration fee is $50.00 and covers all meeting materials, continental breakfast, lunch, and breaks.  Registration is online at:

Don’t delay!  Space is limited so registration will also be limited.  Payment due 1 week prior to the event. Cash payments can not be accepted. 

 

The registration deadline is May 1, 2016 or earlier if we reach capacity.

 

Lodging:  A block of rooms is being held at the Comfort Suites for the night of Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at the state rate of $82.00.  The room block is being held under the title DPI Speech and Language.

 

Directions:  The Comfort Suites is located in Johnson Creek just off I-94 between Madison and Milwaukee.

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received at least 8 business days before event in order for a full conference fee refund to be issued (full refunds do not include service fees. Service fees are nonrefundable).Registration cancellations received 1-7 business days before an event, a refund, minus $50 for each participant, will be issued. Persons who are registered, but not in attendance on the day of the session ("no call, no show") will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 6 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email if a cancellation occurs.
