Required Test Administrator Training

Test Administrators must have an active Educator Portal account before access to the required test administration trainings can be granted. http://training.dynamiclearningmaps.org/.   A Moodle account will be created for each test administrator with an active account in Educator Portal. Allow at least one full week for access to Moodle after your Educator Portal account is created.  

Educators who completed the required training last year should be listed as ‘returning users’ and are required to complete one 30 minute module and successfully pass the quiz.  Educators new to Educator Portal or users who didn’t complete the required training last year will be uploaded as ‘new users’ and are expected to complete 4 training modules and successfully pass the related quizzes. ALL test administrators will have an additional training module for science.  This training is for NEW Educators.

CESA 3 is providing a FACILITATED test time to assist you through this process.  Please be sure to get access to the Moodle account.  If you show up this day (Dec.12) and want to take a test, and you have not followed the directions, you will not be able to take the tests.

 

Participant Cancellation Policy: You must contact CESA #3 at least one week prior to the scheduled event to cancel and receive a full refund of your registration fee. Cancellations not received at least one week prior to the registered event will be charged the full registration fee. CESA #3 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot. Accommodations: If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated. CESA #3 is handicapped accessible.
