The purpose of this offering is to provide Superintendents and other Administrators charged with the duty of evaluation of school administrators a clear understanding of what is currently required as of the 2015-2016 school year for the evaluation process and outcomes.  The focus of this session will be on the Effectiveness Project methods and tools available to accomplish the evaluation of school administrators and comply with DPI requirements for School Administrator Evaluation.  

This will include an emphasis on:
•    The Current Requirements To Comply With Reporting To DPI
•    The Effectiveness Project Cycle For The Annual Evaluation Process
•    Focus On The 6 Standards For School Administrator Effectiveness And Application Of The Standards In The Evaluation Process
•    Specific Emphasis On The Successful SLO Development And Completion Process Utilizing Study Samples
•    Utilization of MyLearningPlan from the Evaluator’s Lens
•    Extensive Opportunity For Round Table Discussions On The Key Components Of The School Administrator Process
•    Translating Educator Effectiveness Clearly As A District “Tool” For Enhancing And Advancing Successes In Student Learning

All materials will be provided.  HOWEVER, participants should bring personal laptops for access to District MLP accounts.

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a refund if they cancel prior to 3 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Cancellations must either be made on MyQuickReg or by emailing cancel@cesa2.org. Because of our commitment to the presenter and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 3 working days prior to the event or who do not attend the event, will be billed the full fee. CESA 2 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via phone and email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. 

Inclement Weather Policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 2 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been cancelled due to weather conditions.

In-Person Events: Restrictions on our in-person events due to COVID-19 have been lifted. We will be responsive to what's happening within our communities, and guidelines from the CDC and local health agencies for future offerings and will update guidelines when necessary.
